Evening calm

Tonight's callout was to a small (3.5m) dinghy that developed motor failure part way between Kawau and Algies Bay and refused to play the game for the rest of the evening.

We arrived alongside just on dark. Both the occupants travelled with us, in our nice warm cabin, while the wee boat followed along on the tow rope.

We delivered them into the shallows of Algies Bay, at low tide where someone got wet feet getting up the ramp!

Another calm, windless evening on the water.
